The Exmoor is our flagship two-module modular home — designed to feel like a proper house, not a box. Two modules join side-by-side to create a 30 m² living space with a separate bedroom, open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, and full bathroom. Ideal as a garden annex, holiday let or permanent home.
Every Exmoor comes fully equipped with a fitted kitchen featuring a 4-ring induction hob, tall fridge-freezer, walk-in shower with vanity basin, inverter air conditioning for year-round comfort, and an optional wood-burning stove upgrade.
