Quintillio Ltd is a UK-based manufacturer of modular homes and tiny houses. We design, build and deliver fully self-contained prefab homes on steel chassis — ready to live in from day one.
Our homes are built to BS 3632:2023 residential park home standard and comply with the Caravan Sites Act 1968. This means no foundations, no planning permission in many cases, and complete reversibility — your land stays as it was.
From garden annexes for families to workforce villages for major infrastructure projects, Quintillio homes serve a range of needs. Every unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom, heating and hot water — because everyone deserves dignified living space.
